Bicycle Film Festival at the Brooks Museum!

The Bicycle Film Festival is a celebration of bicycles through film, art, music and performance. Now in its ninth year, the BFF appeals to all kinds of diverse riders from the BMX and fixed gear cyclists to commuters, racers and family riders. The BFF advocates the bicycle’s ability to transport each of us in many ways. Join us for film screenings, after parties, a rock show, Roller Races, bike polo, a block party and more! Whether you ride for exercise, fun, a means of transportation, or a family event, the Bicycle Film Festival has something for you.

GLOSSARY

ROLLER RACES: An indoor, head-to-head speed competition where two or more cyclists are locked into bike rollers and ‘race’ to gain the fastest speed. Their speed is calculated by a computer that is set up to each roller.

BIKE POLO: A friendly and extremely fun game where two teams bearing polo mallets compete to score as many goals as possible on the opposing teams’ side.
