Come by this Thursday for a jazz performance by the Rene Koopman Trio.
Originally from Europe and educated in Louisiana, Rene Koopman has an extensive career. His work expands from succesful broadcasting and production to radio. His experience includes the vibraphone and piano and he also worked as a soloist and bandleader. During the 1970’s, Koopman moved to Memphis where he quickly found his place. Koopman has performed alongside Sammy Davis Jr, Sinatra, and several others.
